By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Orders are placed via our Website and are subject to acceptance.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit/credit cards.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Deliveries are made on Sundays and Wednesdays (unless otherwise notified).
Delivery areas are stated at checkout. Orders outside these areas may be cancelled.

All meals are labelled with nutritional information and allergen listings.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee meals are free from traces of allergens. Customers with severe allergies must use their own discretion.
Orders can be cancelled up to the order deadline (midnight on Wednesday for Sunday delivery; midnight on Sunday for Wednesday delivery).
After this deadline, orders are locked for production and may not be refundable.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

At FuelFit, we aim to make healthy eating as simple and reliable as possible.
Days: We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Cut-off Times: Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed by Wednesday midnight. Orders for Wednesday delivery must be placed by Sunday midnight.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within designated areas shown at checkout.
You may cancel your order before the cut-off time for a full refund.
After the cut-off, meals are already in preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If your delivery arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@fuelfit.co.uk and we will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund at our discretion.
